Dependable Renovations came recommended to us by friends and the Dependable Renovations' performance lived up to our expectations in every way. Our renovation involved updates to the upstairs of our 50-year old home--bathroom renovation of 2 bathrooms, flooring upgrades, new doors, casing and baseboards. Our new bathrooms are a thrill to use! On the main floor of our home, Dependable replaced selected flooring and baseboards, removed a wall, upgraded some doors and covered the old beams to match the look and feel of rooms that weren't touched, giving it a fresh look. The smooth and professional appearance of the transition floor nosing into our sunken living room also deserves special mention. We also had some new lighting installed upstairs and on the main floor, plus a touch-up to attic insulation.
Their crews were professional, experienced and always courteous. Adam, the project manager deserves special recognition for his many skills from high level project management to managing the many details to actively participating in getting the job done right. We were well-informed of the schedule and plans. Any changes were handled with care and with appropriate communications with us. We appreciated their suggestions and ideas throughout the project. These guys do a quality job, making sure the behind-the-scenes work is top-notch as well as the finished look and feel.
The project finished early and slightly below budget-- a few days before Christmas, timing for which we were very grateful!
I recommend keeping a pot of coffee going for these guys--the crews really appreciate it!
