I replaced my counter top and had my guys scheduled to do the work. I visited Home Depot and placed an order for the counter tops. Victoria was of great help, and even with the short notice, was able to arrange pickup at the distribution centre. The staff was very helpful and professional.
The customer service was great during the sale until delivery. I was told that the installation was included in the price but the delivery guys refused to do it. They just dropped the machines. I contacted customer service and was reimbursed the delivery fee.
The service was good. The staff(plumber) was not the most friendly but the service received from the Compnay itself was great. The plumber tried to charge me extra for a 15 min job because it was passed 4.
