Our kitchen (above the garage) was freezing cold, and our sink pipes froze in the winter. Eric from Cold Springs Contracting took down a few sections of drywall and was able to diagnose the problem as multiple areas with voids in the insulation and an inadequate amount of insulation around our pipes. While removing the drywall and existing foam, Eric identified three drain pipe leaks and repaired them for free. He arranged for a spray foam company to apply a higher quality foam. Eric did a great job finishing the drywall and built fantastic storage shelves. Our house is much warmer and the shelves have finally made our garage functional. Thank you Cold Springs Contracting.
