We have had our London Eco-Metal roof for 1 1/2 years now and are extremely happy with our decision to have this work done. We are pleased to report our air conditioner doesn't run any where near what it did in the past. We chose a black roof and have confirmed the attic is significantly cooler during the A/C months due to the efficient style of venting used. The roof is quiet, during a very hard down pour unless you are looking out a window or have a window open you would be unaware it is raining. When we are outside working in our front yard and people pass by on the sidewalk they have always commented on the beautiful roof.
