My Fiancé and I had been in search for a new home, the perfect home, for almost 3 years. There have been times where we’ve come so close, but walked away last minute with other builders. However, with Marcson Homes, and their Andor model, it was honestly love at first sight. The process up till now (blueprint stage) has been smooth sailing, and we believe the reason behind our pleasant experience is our sales rep, Dakota! Not only is Dakota incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating, he continues to make what is seemingly a stressful process, super fun! Being first time home buyers, we come up with questions day and night, and Dakota allows himself to be highly accessible to us. If there is ever a speed bump along the way, he works closely with us to come up with a solution in a quick and timely manner.
