Job was completed mid 2018 as a result of a major damage from a Spring wind storm. Reached out to and number of Eavestrough companies and decided on The Eavestrough Company, Stone Creek. I decided on the The Eavesstrough Company for the following reasons -The owner Wedell was responsive , honest , and an experienced professional in the Aluminium Eaves Business - This crew was outstanding . Polite and all experienced craftsman of their trade - only improvements to the experience I can think of is there should have been more discussion with the home owner preparing the area around the house . ( when they remove the old Eaves metal and nails fly everywhere so suggest moving all patio furniture far anyway from the house ) . Second there should have been more discussion on down spout drainage. Found their pricing competitive given the scope of the project . No deposit, no payment was requested until the job was satisfactorily completed. All being said I would highly recommend and have recommended this company to others if you are looking to do or replace your Eaves and Soffits. Dean

Given the demand on the industry at the time only a few roofing companies responded but choose Complete roofing for the following reasons. -They evaluate and can upgrade your attic insulation. Although they use a third party contractor smart idea given roof access required . - They use animal resistant roof vents, metal valleys, Ice and water shield and in our case GAF Deck Armor on the entire roof under the shingles - They replace and install Skylights and they use quality shingle products - Joe was a professional and knowledgeable sales person. Given the demand on the industry at the time follow up was not always immediate but acceptable. Found Complete roofing cost competitive given the scope of the work required. The work crew polite and respectful but made a couple of errors on the roof installation both of which corrected by management . When they installed the skylight they left a huge manufacturing sticker on the inside of the window . Poor Joe had to go by ladder up 20 ft inside the house to peel it off . Second they tiled right over one of the bathroom vents. Mistakes happen and a bathroom vent was installed in a timely fashion. The work crew did a reasonable job in clean up but remember you are always going to find odd nails around on any roofing installation. No deposit, no payment was requested until the job was satisfactorily completed. All being said i would definitely recommend and have recommended this company to others in particular if you are looking for a complete roof installation. Dean
