Very professional and high quality service. Unit was replacing an old wood burning zero clearance fire place. Was cheaper then the competitors quote that was 10000 BTU less then one installed by Forest Glade. The competitor also made me responsible for finish construction in there quote. Forest glade fireplace did a professional job on gas line, electrical and insulation installation. Clean lines on fireplace. Looks and works great. Room nice and cozy. With new chimney cap. For me they are the go to store and I highly recommend them
