House was built with Pollard windows in 2008. Had seal failures within 3 years. Waited until 10 year warranty was near expiration before having the glass replaced. Ended up having six pieces of glass replaced under warranty at a cost of over $400. Now just a few months after warranty period was over, another three pieces of glass have had seal failures. DISAPPOINTED AND NOT IMPRESSED, BUT NOT SURPRISED. If you like looking through fogged glass, go ahead and buy their windows.
