The dishwasher was leaking water underneath. The water shut off valve was defective and it continued to let water into the water intake valve which resulted in the leak. We were lucky to have Edward come over during the snow storm. He was in the area and was kind enough to make us his last stop before going home to his family. I would definitely recommend Edward for any appliance repair and service.

The handle pin on our front door lock snapped and we couldn't get in. The back door had two locks and I of course only had the key for one of the locks. Dimitar was accommodating. He arrived in 45 minutes and proceeded to get us into the house. He changed both locks quickly. His prompt service and availability are the most important factors for me. He was great and I would definitely recommend him.
