I had a new humidifier installed in the fall of 2018. I had purchased the wrong humidifier pad and when I went to remove it, the pad ened up getting wedged and would come out. I called Distinct today, and Nate came over that very same day and removed the wedged humidfier pad. Great response time and great customer service!
