I was so impressed with Edward from the first phone call. Having to fix an appliance can be a daunting prospect but Edward made it so easy. The fear of being ripped off and overpaying for a service was outmost on my mind but Edward was so honest and was so informative, making sure to explain the details of the repair and right off the bat eased my mind by letting me know this was not going to be a big expensive job and would be fixed without issue. It was Was the least painful service job that I have ever encountered and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this work and will FOR SURE have him on speed dial should another appliance need repair. So thankful I called him the day my washer broke.

Alex was very thourough and knowledgeable which put me at ease right away. His willingness to talk me through the whole process was very much appreciated and his enthusiasm for his work made me know I had the right guy for this job.
