Just one word - wonderful. Michael is absolutely honest, knowledgeable, responsible, diligent, and completely patient. As first-time home buyers without much experience (yet) living in Canada, we felt super nervous about the condition of the house. Michael spent a lot of hours going through the house and thoroughly explained to us how to operate the house. As we were rushing to have the report finished hoping to finalize the deal asap (5 days is definitely tight to close a RE deal), Michael worked until 4am that night to complete it although we said within 24hrs was completely fine. Our agent told us “The report was definitely a picture novel” due to the level of details and efforts Michael put into the report. He also shared with us lots of tips on how to fix and maintain things. We will definitely recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy a home.
