I called Dima about replacing a toilet that I had purchased. He and his assistant finished a job in Vaughan and were at my Bloor Street house in a little over an hour. And less than another hour later, my new toilet was unpacked and installed, including caulking around the base, and the old one dismantled for disposal. Very timely and professional service!
