We contacted Gotcha Wildlife since we have a problem with rats in our home. They arrived at time, Ken was very clear in explaining what needs to be done step by step and he answered all my questions. He checked inside and outside the house to find any access points to avoid more rodents come in. He put some traps and base stations and he committed to come back in 2 weeks to follow up.
