Did a lot of research when I was looking to have some major landscaping done in my backyard and am so glad I found Action Home Services. The entire experience was great. I have worked with other contractors in the past and have to say the level of communication throughout the entire process was impressive. It was especially nice to have a dedicated Project Manager (Rinat) that was on site regularly throughout the project and extremely responsive whenever we had questions. I have more landscaping work that I want done next Spring and will be reaching out to Action without hesitation. They are the only company that I will work with going forward.

My experience with Action Home Services was fantastic from start to finish. We had an old retaining wall in our backyard that was failing. Requested a quote through Homestars and Eugene was out to meet with me within 2 days. After our initial discussion we decided to expand the project beyond just the wall and have our entire back garden area updated. Beyond the excellent reviews that Action had on Homestars, what caught my interest in them was the landscape design services they offered. Our experience with the design team was awesome and it really helped us to be able to see how great the transformation could be. We met with our project manager Rinat and within a week work started. Enrique and his crew were great and did a fantastic job. We are so impressed with not only the quality of their work but how quickly they were able to get the project completed. Cannot say enough great things about everyone at Action that we dealt with from Eugene in sales to Shilin on the design team and especially Rinat, Enrique and his team. The transformation in just 12 days in incredible and we could not be happier. Already thinking about our next landscape project next year and will definitely be contacting Action again.

After being unsuccessful for several months in finding someone that could and would help us with our garage floor repair, we found A&A. We had a pretty tight timeline and they were able to get the work done. They were very responsive...followed up with us before, during and after the job to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Everyone involved from Dominic who did the work and Haizel who helped get the job co-ordinated were a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough great things about the quality of Dominic's work...he did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the overall result.

Technician arrived on time. Was professional and personable. Had the parts to complete the repair right away. Great experience. Would not hesitate to call them again or recommend their services.
