Gary came to our house with many samples. We couldn’t find what we wanted so he came a couple of days later with more samples. All the process was very pleasant and professional. The installer completed the work in one day and the carpet is high quality and beautiful. I was impressed by one particular thing- the existing under pad apperantly was in excellent condition so Gary and the installer brought that to my attention and saved me a few $$. This showed me how honest this company was.
