Other contractors Ive hired have done more damage to surrounding area fixing what they were paid to fix. This Company was beyond professional and took extra care to ensure not only high quality work but ensure that not only nothing was damaged in the process but made better. Came home every night to a spotless work site while pleased with the progress. Look no further if you are looking for quality repair and quality service at good value.

Convinced to install top of the line all new furnace and air conditioner. Days after installing furnace, basement flooded. Service took days to get to us, while we continually shop vac’d water until they could come to fix it. Then, not even 10 days later, I am locked out...my thermostat says someone tried to access it 13 times and it locked out. Called and they can’t fix without an appt and another service call...even though its 14 degrees in my house and it was apparently accessed online to lock me out. I plan on not only canceling this horrific contract but also filing a lawsuit in addition to privacy/security complaints. Long-story-short...run...as fast and far away from Reliance as you can!
