Philip was at my home today with one of his crew and they did a terrific job cleaning our windows inside and out. He was prompt to respond to my initial query through HomeStars to provide a quotation and book an appointment. He confirmed the appointment yesterday and arrived promptly today. It was a pleasure and I look forward to hiring him again in the future for window cleaning and other home services.
Tina and Charles provided great service from initial contact through project completion. They were punctual for all appointments and easy to reach at all times. Tina provided conceptual drawings with the quotation so we could visualize what was being suggested. Their hardworking staff completed the planting of our front and back gardens in 2 days; working through heat on the first day and some rain on the second. After reaching out to 5 companies through HomeStars mid-April to have just 1 quotation 6 weeks later, it was such a pleasure to deal with Artistic Impressions. In 33 days we went from initial contact to completed project. We love our new gardens and have received many compliments already.
We hired Land-Con to update the front our our home by replacing the driveway and walkways, removing overgrown plant material, and re-configuring the gardens. Taylor was a pleasure to work with on the design. Jeremy was our Project Manager and he and Taylor were always available to answer questions while the project was in progress. Customer satisfaction is truly important to them and we are very happy with our decision to hire Land-Con and with the completed project.
