Long story short, our shower valve needed to be completely replaced and our sink faucet needed work as well. I called Boris, who promptly returned my call, went over his fees, and potential time length for repair. I had purchased the replacement parts required and he had no issue installing them for me. Repair day, he showed up at the time he told me. He went over everything with me before he started and made sure to keep me informed as he went.
