Wow- I was so impressed with Glen, Mark and Jacob. What a great team! These gentleman did a fantastic job, and were a pleasure to work with. It was easy to partner with Glen, who was very thorough and returned my email immediately, set up a call to go through the many small jobs at hand, and instructed us on exactly what to purchase at the hardware store in advance of his visit. His quote was accurate and matched up with the final total cost, and the team completed all of the jobs on schedule. They showed up at our home right on time, were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of me, our home, and each other. We look forward to working with Handy 4 You in the future! I was very impressed with Sobol! I worked closely with Archie and Kozue who were very professional and provided prompt responses, feedback and quotes. I was also very pleased with the team that worked on our front door and fixed some of our front windows (Conrad and Al)- they all were polite, responsible, hard-working and skilled. I look forward to hiring Sobol again in the future to work on the back-side of the house. Thank you!

I wanted to write a quick note to let you know how impressed I was with the team from the Home Improvement People. It all started off with our wonderful salesperson Eli. Eli was great- he was on time, and sent information over quickly as promised. He knew what he was talking about, and had a great personality. Eli promised a start date when we signed the contract, and the team showed up right on time on that date! On to the team. The team lead was Caio who was excellent. He was extremely professional, friendly and cooperative. The rest of the group: Alex, Fabiano and George were all amazing as well. They were all courteous, respectful and nice guys. My husband and I trusted them in our home, and they took care of it each day. It is obvious that these gentlemen take great pride in their work, and take their jobs very seriously. The group members were experts and did a fantastic job! We are very happy with the final product and this team was so easy to work with! The only reason we originally selected the Home Improvement people was because of the fantastic customer service we originally received, and this continued throughout the entire duration of the project. The team went above and beyond our expectations (i.e. always showed up at 8am on the dot, and if they were going to be late, they let me know in advance via text messages). The group looped us in when necessary and ensured we were satisfied with the job before they moved on to the next item. I would definitely use the Home Improvement People once again (we’re saving up for our next job now!) and we've already passed on your contact information to 4 different friends (we hope they will call soon)! I was very impressed with Peter. He was extremely professional- he returned my call and email right away, showed up on time, provided a quote shortly after he visited my home, and was very nice. It was easy to work with Peter, and I felt I could trust him as his prices were fair, and he actually showed me what the problem was, and explained why it needed to be fixed. Peter was knowledgeable about all of the components and workings of my appliance as he said he had many many years of experience (20). If I ever need an appliance fixed in the future, I will be sure to call Peter from Modern Appliance. Thank you!

Wow- we were so impressed with Charlie! He is fantastic and we'll definitely use him again in the future! We left our initial message for charlie and he returned our call within the hour. He then set up a date/time to come to our home and provide a quote. Charlie was on time, extremely friendly, and honest. He then emailed over the itemized quote shortly after that. It was great that he was so responsive over email as well, as he also confirmed via email before he came over to take care of the jobs. Charlie made things so easy, he went to Home Depot for us to pick up the materials that we couldn't fit in our car (i.e. door, 10 foot railing) which was so nice. Charlie was once again on time, did all the work he said he would do perfectly (and found a few other things to take care of for us at no extra charge! So generous!). Charlie's rates were extremely fair (we had about 7-10 items in total). Lastly, Charlie cleaned up as he went along- the house looks great! Thanks Charlie!! The customer service we received from Charlie was outstanding!

Very pleased with the company. Blinds to Go Yorkdale suggested a company to measure the windows and install the blinds. This company did a fantastic job. We had the windows measured, the blinds ordered, and installed all within one week. We were very pleased with the results.
