Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I take out the faulty part and run it into Dy's Plumbing in Dundas. No matter how old the fixture is they always seem to have the part I need or an equivalent one. It also saves me the trouble of having to spend a lot of time at Home Depot or Canadian Tire looking for a hard-to-get part. I probably could save a few bucks if I were to look around, but it's really not worth the effort.
About 10 years ago, we had Jensen Windows in to replace our "builder quality" windows in the dining room and living room. We were so happy with their windows, that we decided to get them in again. This time we had all the windows replaced on the second floor. The windows were installed in no time at all. The guys were very professional and set about their work right away. At the end of the job, they proceeded to clean up all the debris from the installation. Since I have had consistently excellent service from Jensen Windows, I recommend them to anyone I know who needs windows.
