Have you ever had a service call where a guy comes in does his actual job fixes what he has to fix, doesnt try to upsale you on something, and just does his job with love, and care. As soon as he opened his bag and i saw the tidiness of his bag and the cleanliness of it, I knew I was in good hands, a man that takes really good care of his tools, cares about the job he uses those tools for. Samy, thank you. I went about my business cuz I was busy at home, as he went on about his. His honesty was very sincere the few minutes we spoke, it seemed to me that he wrote a small history of the unit for himself, which shows again that cares and saves time in case something did happen, considering our gas stove is old. Anyways sometimes, every once in blue moon you hear someone tell a story of a good service call. This is my little story of a great service call. Thank you Mr. Samy, you are greatly helping in restoring the balance of what customer service should be sir!
