Their install crew arrived on time, was very careful with our furniture and hardwood floors, and were super meticulous with the installation. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Lathams. Our air conditioning broke in the middle of a heat wave. The have a 24hr line which is great, and came out on the weekend to take a look. They had to order parts but they came in quickly, and they came out right away to install them. We were very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
