I am so glad choosing Sign Waterproofing Inc. Yong and his crew repaired several foundation cracks for me. One of the cracks had been previously repaired by the builder, but the repair had failed again, and I was getting water in my basement. Yong's crew completed the work with minimal mess and cleaned up afterwards. The price for the repairs was well below what I had feared, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Y&J Landscaping did a fabulous job for me. They removed some terribly overgrown evergreen trees for me, and completely relandscaped the house. All within several days of my initially contacting them. Even before they finished, I had neighbors stopping as they drove by, saying how much better the house looked. Highly recommend to everyone.

Yong is the sales. Had a leak in my son's room and they came out the same week. This was great because other companies were giving me the run around due to the rain/snow. Yong showed up with his another tech. They were all very polite and took pictures to show me how bad my roof was. They repaired the immediate leak and also quoted me for the entire roof. They are also going to recommend a person for my siding. The repair was done in 1 hr or so. Very happy.
