It was truly a pleasure having Centra replace my windows. The sales estimator was extremely knowledgeable explaining the different types of windows in a manner that was patient, friendly and informative. He explained exactly how the work would proceed regarding timelines & outcomes. I’m very grateful that the crew that was sent was so exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and very hard working. Except for my wonderful and very efficient new windows, you’d never know a three man crew worked here for two days. Absolutely no mess. Thank you! My initial meeting with Cody was a pleasure. He was very prepared with a quote already worked out and plenty of samples of roofing and gutter choices. He was able to schedule us quickly and even though there was lots of rain, was able to have the job completed as soon as possible. The roofing guys were very pleasant and very hard working. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up every day. The couple installing our gutters were also very friendly and worked very efficiently. They are a great team. This company is wonderful to deal with, has excellent crews and I will always highly recommend them. Karen H
