We wanted to re-do our front porch. The whole deck was sagging and the steps were a mess. Jordan took a look and determined that the wood on the decking, which wasn't that old, didn't need to be replaced and that anchoring and bolstering the underpinning would do the trick. His guys did that and built some beautiful new steps and my porch was better than new. It's a rare contractor who will volunteer to do less than you asked for and save you a whole lot of money, but that's exactly what Jordan and his team did.
