AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Please do some proper research on this company and withhold payment until you’re satisfied. This has been the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. They installed a few windows and one happened to be broken from the start but I was promised they would fix it the following Monday... we’ll that was many months ago and when you call them to inquire they just keep promising dates when they would finally fix the issue but those dates all come and go with not even a phone call then they get mad at you when you call in to complain. I’ve now reached out to Pat Foran with consumer care and CTV news to see if they can finally get them to take care of their responsibilities as they just don’t care. I’m astonished that for some reason they are still in business as once I started to see what other people’s experience was like I found many many more people in the same predicament. Please be warned if you do choose to use them, make sure you withhold partial payment!!

Hello Dan, your review here is quite unbelievable! Especially with attempts we have tried to actually complete the service at your home.. providing you with multiple days and times that we can service your window including December 18th/19th. Offering to even come that very same night you called in December. Yet every effort we try you turn down to resolve the issue out of spite of being rescheduled once. Our installers do not work on a 24/7 schedule. So please moving forward let's have someone come out to your home during operating hours. Thank you
