Not only did Andy take the time to discover everything that needed to be done, he taught us how the building code has changed, and the inexpensive things we can do – like add insulation – to update the home, prevent future problems and save money. It was satisfying to find someone this passionate about doing a thorough job, and who took the time to not rush the process. If we move again, we know who to call.
