crapy work, dont have a clue what he is doing whole front failed inpection and did not follow plans , garbarge left all around the house example nails parge bags wood from other jobs etc etc, helping his self to my tools to do the job because has none, stories after stories asking for money even when 5200.00 was payed at job start, didnt finish than asked for the rest. started Sept 20 2011 date of fired Dec 6 front still not finished when the work day was 3:30pm to5:00pm when ever showed up You are nuts if you hire Mark bailie from grandvalley constuction and if you had the same deals with mark you can email at rkjr32@yahoo.ca he must be stopped ripping people off.
