I bought three cans of Benjamin Moore Porch and Patio paint, and paid a very high price, more than double the cost of other good products, wanting the best paint for the job. This product dries very slow, and doesn't harden up. Contrary to the product claim of good for light traffic after overnight, after several days even a cat paw is forever preserved, and the mail man's footprint clear forever. I had to repaint to get rid of the footprints, and the paint remains soft to this day. Don't buy this paint.

* The door took months to arrive. * The door is so drafty that I've had to re-install the plywood which was over the opening for the months that I was waiting for the door. * I've hung quilts on the inside to try to keep the draft down. * There is no weather stripping. * The fabrication gap is so large that mice and insects can and do enter the house. * The material is one layer of thin sheet metal that could be cut with a can-opener. * There is absolutely no insulation. * The company does not respond to complaints or emails regarding the issues around the door. These doors may be useful for a garden shed or indoor storage if pest entry is not an issue, but these doors are not suitable for a garage or heated area, or an area that is part of your house.
