Brutal service, poor communication and no-shows once the contract was set. Get everything in writing, nothing is above Nick. He avoids commitments and cuts corners to save a buck. Attention to detail is just not a strength. Comes off as a nice guy, but extremely slippery. Not sure if they are even still in business, building is vacant??? No surprises!!!!
Promises, promises..... Initially they were accommodatiing, however through the design process it turned into the typical sales tactics to pressure you into signing and providing a deposit. Once they received the deposit, the focus changed and it was all about the money! We feel we have been taken advantage of and want to recommend you read the fine print. Run....we suggext you use choose another supplier. Turns out you can get the same product much cheaper too...do your homeowrk. Good luck.....
Since we have no idea who gave us such low marks because they wish to remain anomynous, I have to let this review slide and I have no comments. I'm sorry if we have not met expectations.
