First time they didn’t fit main gas pipe to valve properly and gas leaked. Thankfully I noticed the gas odor and called them back to fix the leak. had a hard time convincing them of gas leak. Turned out they were using faulty gas detector. my nose worked better than their instrument. Second time charged me $826 to change just an electric motor. Never ever call them. Bad craftsmanship Bad customer service Extremely pricy
