Responded immediately to my inquiry and diagnosed the problem with my leaky toilet correctly over the phone. Alex visited and rapidly fixed the problem, then took the time to give me some advice on other plumbing matters in the house. Will definitely be using AwardPlus for future maintenance jobs!

Quick response to my inquiry. Service was quick and problem with dryer fixed completely. Also were good enough to take the time to stop by even though I had not confirmed we would be home. Can definitely recommend Cascade!
