I phoned and reached Milad who was quick to come to my home to discuss the projects and to provide a free estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and Milad was able to schedule his crew to come to my home soon after. The crew completed all of my requested projects and was very respectful of my home. Milad finished the job on time which was very important to us. I would not hesitate to call on Bilco Development again or to recommend them to my friends.
