We were having a mouse problem, so we called North Star to come and take care of it. Friendly, easy communication throughout, including an update on the expected arrival time. Great service and a fair price, would highly recommend.

The short version is that the quality of the closets is good and the design staff was lovely. We did experience some issues with one of our closet installs and frankly the communication wasn't ideal through part of the process, but in the end we are satisfied with the closets and the outcome.

We had new front and side doors installed by New Look. I had multiple companies come and take a look and I immediately felt like they new what they were doing, could answer all my questions and get exactly what I was looking for in terms of style. Communication was great throughout and the finished product is perfect. Thanks!

Tired of constantly filling up room humidifiers we decided to have a furnace based unit installed. Cosmopolitan gave us a very competitive price on the unit we wanted and was able to install it the next day, even though it was a Saturday. We contacted Paul to come and clean our the ducts as we just moved. He was very friendly and professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. He checked our system and cleaned out the one return that he felt required work. He advised us that everything else was fine and that it wasn't necessary to clean anything else, just to check again in the future. He didn't even want to charge us anything for his time and effort.
