Got a great deal on Groupon, booked a cleaning for 2+ weeks away because "we are so busy". Fast forward to date of appointment. They scanned my Groupon voucher and than proceeded to tell the person I had house sitting that they couldn't do the job because my side gate wouldn't open. What that has to do with rendering services is beyond me. I get a text from someone saying I'd get a call with an explanation. I missed the call as I work construction. No voicemail, no explanation, no rebooking. And since he scanned my Groupon voucher and ran, I can't get my money back. Terrible service. Avoid if you can.
