FIVE STARS! Not only are they a TRUE 24-hour service (they took a call from me at 11pm to change the appointment time), they are prompt, informative and fast. Thomas explained everything concisely and repaired the existing equipment instead of replacing it, saving us hundreds of dollars. Will definitely refer them to friends/family.
