These guys are great! Small operation so low overhead - means you don't get jerked around by customer service and guys telling you that "I'm going to have to talk to my boss." (Actually it just so happened that the person doing my service was the boss, so there you go.) Communication with these guys is the best - texts and phone calls are all responded to quickly and no dumb questions. Came for the service call, did the diagnostic and came back later to fix the part in 2 days. Pricing wise, they're in line with the rest of what you get in Vancouver.
