Bradshaw's did a bathtub to step in shower conversion, new bathroom sink and floors and new kitchen counters, backsplash and dishwasher installation in October 2023. As part of the Reno they also arranged for asbestos abatement for the bathroom and kitchen floors. Owner Wayne Bradshaw was very approachable, listened to my requests, was easy to get hold of, and, came to the site several times to check on progress and enquire about concerns. Jason, at the office, was obliging with scheduling requests. Faik completed all of the shower conversion with a high degree of skill and attention to detail. Larry installed the sink, not an easy task. All of the staff and outside companies working for Bradshaw's demonstrated professionalism and respect when working in my home. I would be pleased to recommend Bradshaw's.

Michael, the owner's son, contacted us shortly after my initial review was posted. Delays were due to an incorrect phone number and the never ending rain. Nevertheless, contact was made and a date was arranged for installation of the patio. The old patio was removed and the new one was installed today. The team's workmanship is exceptional and harkens back to old European craftsmanship. The site and surrounding areas were prepared and cleaned up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Vince and Company for patio installation. Please continue to improve client communication.

David renovated my sister's basement bathroom and on that recommendation I hired him to redo my basement bathroom (8x10 feet). David thought it was going to be a two week job but upon gutting the bathroom he discovered that he would have to go right back to the original brick and waterproof and rebuild the bathroom. This gave him the chance to rewire, correct plumbing and ductwork. David works alone and does all of the jobs himself so you do not have to wait or worry about contracted out work. He is meticulous and involves you in all aspects of the job, something I appreciated being a female. He is willing to accompany you to the dealers to look at fixtures and tiles. For my job David did the rebuild (framing, waterproofing), plumbing, electrical, ductwork, shower build with Kerdy, tiling, painting and finishing. The two week job ran into six weeks but David extended his original schedule until the job was completed. I am very happy with the work that was done and consider that for the hours (weekends too) and attention that David put into the job that the price was fair. He is entirely trustworthy and I was comfortable leaving him to work while I was out of the house. I would highly recommend David to anyone considering a bathroom renovation in their home.
