An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I want to share with you that it has been a pleasure dealing with Consumers Choice. This past summer, I went to the CNE and saw the Consumer's Choice booth. I spoke to the person at the booth and told them I was interested in buying a door. Not long after, an appointment was made and a salesmen came to my house and I signed a contract. I was very happy when the salesman provided a finance loan application becasue buying a custom door does cost a lot. Even better was when a 6 month deferment was included. The installers came and installed the door, answered my questions and were very patient. I am happy to say that they did a terrific job and I would definitely recommend Consumer's Choice to anyone who is looking for a new door or windows.
