Beginning with the service tech's recommendation not to put more money into a 30 year old A/C system and invest the money in a new system. Solution-oriented approach to spec'ing the work which turned out to also replace the furnace for a well-matched, state-of-the-art solution. Well planned, executed and great follow-up. Took the time to make sure we were well-informed about all the facets of the work and very helpful to obtain all available financial incentives on our behalf. I would highly recommend them.
