Easily the worst investment that I have ever made was purchasing the condos that were renovated by this company. These people marketed these condos as investment grade and a great place to put your money, but years later they have been nothing but a money pit. I strongly suggest to anyone investing with this company that they do their research. There are people that have similar reviews of this company. There are also court cases against this company and have lost money as a result. Proceed with full caution Beware of this company
