There is no after sales customer service, and the homes are poor in quality. Their services appear to be contracted off to third-party companies which makes them appear more experienced. The home comes dramatically different from what was advertised, and when the differences are brought up we were pointed to the agreement that waives our rights to any claims. The home came with a large number of defects both large and small (includes a bathroom flood, leaked window, missing parts, damaged pieces, among other things). The quality of materials are also sub-par. When issues are raised, I am told that some are expected issues while others would be resolved but no timeframe is given, or if given, typically missed. When issues are fixed, more are caused due to negligence and lack of planning. The builder is just starting out from doing one-off custom homes and has lots to learn with larger scale developments. They are also reluctant to come up with a plan to communicate and resolve issues. Buyer beware. I am a buyer currently in my 8th month, and still dealing with issues in my unit and trying to get a plan from the builder to resolve them with no success.
