The experience was terrific from start to finish. Douglas did an amazing job on my carpets; he was professional and courteous. Absolutely wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Douglas and Steam Dry to anyone. Have already told my friends about it and will continue to do so. Douglas went above and beyond.
