Called them to clean basement rug and stairs up from basement. When they arrived (called and said they could be here early if I liked), Brian asked if I wanted the sun room rug done as well for a small amount. That got me thinking about my two area rugs on the main floor, and he said he could do those as well for what seemed a reasonable amount to me. So I ended up having all my carpets cleaned in one visit. Very happy with the results, and both workers very polite and efficient. Definitely recommend them
