Contacted Tanya at the end of September. I also was not given a specific or scheduled install date. I honestly didn’t believe it would be installed based on all the negative reviews. I got my sign installed last week Thursday it looks amazing. They installed it in the freezing cold. Hopefully anyone else still waiting for signs will just be patient. It’s worth the wait.
