I had an issue with one of my central vacuum outlets not shutting off. I hired Vacuumville to diagnose. Once he arrived he determined that I needed a new outlet . He went through all of the outlets and said two are faulty. He replaced 2 outlets and asked for $250! I asked him what is the breakdown for the service. Then he said ok $200. I wanted him out of my house so I paid him. He mentioned that the covers are $30 each cost. I can buy them for $10. The whole time he was at my house he tried to sell me a brand new central vac. Always changing the price, telling me he will give me a great deal. Overall , just felt swindled. Will not use him again.
