After signing the contract, I was told a time-frame where I would expect the windows to get changed. I didn't like the lengthy waiting time and the fact that I had to call for updates. I would suggest that if schedules change, the company would take initiative to inform customers. Otherwise, I was impressed by how quick and well done the service was by the workers sent on site.
