Messaged David through the site and he responded quickly. His interview was very clear and he was confident in his products. I had 4 quotes in total including Davids quote. His price wasn't the cheapest but not most expensive. We felt comfortable with David and that he was the only one who didn't push us to make a deal that same day. He gave us time to think things over. Installation date was in late fall. The team was great and very professional. Overall it was a good experience. Windows are great so far!
