I had very unique problem with my rooftop HVAC system in my loft apartment where it would turn on and off on its own intermittently. Most heating and cooling companies wouldn't want to come to diagnose the problem or if they did come by they would only try to sell me a new unit. Sean and his Father from IMPROVE HVAC came out to look at the problem and they properly diagnosed it and it finally got taken care of. I desperately needed a repair on my ceiling hvac grill that essentially got damaged from a roofing repair at my condo. I also had another issue where I had to change the air filters every 3 months by going onto the roof of my building which I grew very tired of doing. I explained the situation to Freddie from Zina's Contracting and he offered a clever solution to fixing the problem with a new metal grill with a latch to change the air filters from inside my unit instead of going up onto the roof with a ladder. His solution also saved me alot of money from not needing to install new ventilation leading up to my rooftop hvac unit. I highly recommend Zinas contracting if you are looking for someone that is going to put in a higher level of care and craftsmanship into the work. Freddie didnt cut any corners on this job and Im super happy with the results.

I Recently bought a loft and removed an old ugly light fixture in our bedroom to replace with a nice new ceiling fan. The previous owner really had some screwed up wiring and there was no way I could figure out what to do. It was worth evey Penny because he not only put up my fan but he also replaced the metal box above with proper and safer wiring for both the fan and the switch. the old box was poorly fastened it could have led to my fan falling from the ceiling If I put thisup DIY.
